Urgent Requirement For Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to join our team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 9 years of experience in human resources and will play a key role in managing various HR functions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Recruitment and Onboarding:** Handle the complete recruitment process, from writing job descriptions to conducting interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

- **Employee Relations:** Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment by addressing issues and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.

- **Performance Management:** Support the performance appraisal process by helping managers evaluate employee performance, providing feedback, and identifying opportunities for training and development.

- **Policy Development:** Assist in creating and updating HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and alignment with company goals, fostering a fair and inclusive workplace.

- **Payroll and Benefits Management:** Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate payroll processing and effectively manage employee benefits, addressing any queries related to compensation and perks.
