Roles and Responsibilities

Manage employee engagement initiatives to improve morale and productivity.

Coordinate joining formalities, induction programs, and onboarding processes for new employees.

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to labor laws and regulations.

Handle grievances redressal process by conducting investigations and providing fair solutions.

Maintain accurate records of employee data, attendance tracking, and performance management systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in an HR role within the Engineering & Construction industry (preferably).

MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.

Strong understanding of HR generalist activities such as recruitment, training, compensation administration etc.
