job summary:

we are looking for a dedicated sourcing executive to support our recruitment team in identifying and attracting top talent for bpo and sales roles. the role involves sourcing candidates through multiple channels to build a robust talent pipeline, ensuring a continuous supply of relevant profiles.

key responsibilities:

�� source candidates for voice, non-voice, and sales roles using:

�� job portals (naukri, shine, monster, etc.)

�� social media platforms (linkedin, facebook groups, etc.)

�� employee referrals and internal databases

�� use boolean search techniques and filters to refine search results.

�� maintain daily sourcing reports and candidate trackers.

�� coordinate with the screening or recruitment team for smooth handover of sourced profiles.

�� ensure a high volume of relevant candidate profiles per day.

�� understand job requirements and client specifications to source targeted profiles.

�� proactively build a database of potential candidates for future requirements.

required skills:

�� basic understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.

�� familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools.

�� ability to work independently and in a team environment

�� good communication and coordination abilities.

�� target-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.

�� experience in recruitment or sourcing is preferred

�� basic excel or google sheets knowledge.

�� bachelor��s degree in any field.

�� person should be staying within 10 -12 km�� s to our office location or should be relocated in hostels nearby to office location.
