job summary:

we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented talent acquisition specialist to join our hr team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full

recruitment lifecycle, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process that supports our company growth and culture.

key responsibilities:

manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates.

screen the resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.

maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

support on boarding process and ensure smooth transition for new hires.

preferred skills:

4-10 years experience end-to-end recruitment.

excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.

initially screen resumes to identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.

hands on experience using job portals, social media, professional networks.

ability to work independently and in a team environment

what were not looking for:

candidates with primary experience in hr operations, payroll, compliance, or employee engagement without a core focus on recruitment.
