Key Responsibilities:
1. Screening candidates: Reviewing job applications, resumes, and conducting initial assessments to determine if candidates meet the job requirements.
2. Interviewing candidates: Conducting interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
3. Managing recruitment process: Coordinating with hiring managers to schedule interviews, collect feedback, and make hiring decisions.
4. Onboarding new employees: Assisting new hires with completing paperwork, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring smooth integration into the company.
5. HR administration: Maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration.
6. Employee relations: Handling employee inquiries, grievances, and providing support with performance management processes.
7. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and best practices in recruitment and HR processes.
