we are looking for a dynamic and experienced hr executive to join our team. the ideal candidate will manage end-to-end hr and administrative operations, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
key responsibilities:
manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management accurately.
oversee statutory compliance including pf, esi, and related documentation.
maintain employee records and hr databases with attention to detail.
coordinate employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
generate hr reports using excel (vlookup, hlookup, formulas, etc.)
collaborate with management to support organizational growth and efficiency.
manage day-to-day administrative functions as required.
required skills & qualifications:
bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in hr and administrative roles.
strong working knowledge of excel and hr software tools.
excellent communication skills in english and tamil; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities independently.
