· minimum 6 years of experience required in hospitality and catering operation, in similar position
· should be a graduate holding at least a haccp. habc level certification.
· qualified in implementation of ems, oshad , qms and qhse practices
· should have excellent analytical and ms office skills
· food safety knowledge is must
· fluency in written and verbal english language
· should be confident and possess a strong personality
· ability to resolve issues and handle pressure with a positive outlook
· able to provide detailed audit reports, with relevant required preventive and corrective measures
· possess excellent training and report writing skills
