HRIS Manager

Experience: 9-12 Years

Location: Bangalore

We are hiring an HRIS Manager to manage HR technology platforms, HR systems, data, integrations, and process automation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize HRIS platforms and HR technology systems.

Oversee HR system configuration, upgrades, integrations, and support.

Manage employee data, system security, access, and data integrity.

Drive HR process automation and system improvements.

Coordinate with HR, IT, payroll, and external vendors.

Develop HR dashboards, reports, and system analytics.

Lead HRIS projects, testing, UAT, and implementation activities.
