designation - hr trainer | hr generalist
• requirement for hr executive - training development.
• knowledge of hr operations.
• hands-on experience in recruitment
• conduct online lectures for students
• conduct quiz n test
• resolve student queries
• prepare for interviews
• knowledge of statutory compliance like pf, pt, esi, bonus, gratuity, ctc, tds, etc
• knowledge of payroll is expected.
• candidate has to train the fresher hr aspirants in various aspects of hr like recruitment, compliance, payroll, shrm, etc.
• designing training programs and materials.
• preparing training schedules.
• conduct training on different aspects of hr to identified subjects.
• candidate must be able to learn new updates in the profile.
• candidate must have excellent communication skills and convincing skills.
key skills :
• recruitment, td, pms, kra, and kpi till fnfs, labor laws, payroll, statutory compliance
• all hr functions knowledge
• good at explaining with examples
• excellent written & verbal communication & presentation skills.
• excellent in ms- office especially powerpoint.
education: pg: mba in hr
