Job Description

As a HR Trainee, you will assist in various tasks that support the HR department and contribute to the overall effectiveness of our team.

- **Assist in Recruitment**: Help in posting job openings, screening applications, and scheduling interviews with candidates to help find suitable talent for the organization.

- **Onboarding Support**: Aid in organizing orientation programs for new employees, ensuring they receive necessary training and resources to integrate smoothly into the company.

- **Employee Records Management**: Help maintain and update employee records, databases, and files, ensuring that all information is accurate and confidential.

- **Assist with Performance Reviews**: Support the preparation of performance review documents and schedules, and help in collecting feedback from team leaders about employee performance.

- **Conduct Surveys and Research**: Participate in employee satisfaction surveys or research projects to gather insights about workplace culture and support strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate should be a recent female graduate, eager to learn and grow in the HR field. Strong communication skills are essential, as they will be interacting with employees and candidates. Attention to detail is important to manage documents accurately. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel is required. A good understanding of basic HR principles will be beneficial but not mandatory, as training will be provided. A proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges are also expected.
