Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our team in Vikas Nagar, Lucknow. This is an internship opportunity suitable for freshers or candidates with minimal experience. You will gain valuable insights into HR processes while working in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Recruitment Support**: Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. You will learn how to evaluate talent and help find the right fit for our company.

2. **Employee Onboarding**: Help in organizing the onboarding process for new hires. This includes preparing welcome materials, arranging training sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees into the company culture.

3. **HR Administration**: Support daily HR functions by maintaining employee records, updating databases, and assisting in the preparation of reports. This will help you understand the administrative side of human resources.

4. **Training Assistance**: Contribute to the planning and implementation of training programs. You will assist in gathering materials and feedback from participants to enhance learning experiences.

Required Skills and Expectations:

We are looking for a female candidate who has completed at least 12th grade. You should be eager to learn, detail-oriented, and possess good communication skills. Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, is essential. A passion for human resources and a willingness to work in an office setting are crucial for success in this role.
