HR Trainee (1-2 Years)

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated HR Trainee to join our team in Palakkad. The ideal candidate will assist the HR department in various functions and gain valuable experience in the field.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Recruitment Support:** Assist in the hiring process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates to keep them informed.

- **Employee Onboarding:** Help facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive the necessary training and information to integrate smoothly into the company.

- **HR Documentation:** Maintain employee records and documentation, ensuring that all files are organized and up-to-date for easy access.

- **Employee Engagement:** Participate in organizing team-building activities and events aimed at enhancing employee morale and engagement within the workplace.

- **Performance Tracking:** Assist in monitoring employee performance and providing feedback to management regarding any concerns or achievements.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should hold a / MBA in HR degree and have 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will interact with various stakeholders. Attention to detail and organizational abilities are essential for managing documents and processes efficiently. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are expected, as the role involves supporting various HR functions. Familiarity with HR software and tools will be an added advantage. This is a full-time office-based position, and candidates should be male, as per the job specifications.
