A hands-on HR & Talent Acquisition Executive to lead day-to-day hiring and

support essential people processes

Candidate profile:

1. Proven experience sourcing and closing candidates, ideally for manufacturing, engineering or

industrial sales roles.

2. Confidence in approaching passive candidates directly, rather than relying only on job

applications.

3. Strong follow-up, interviewing, documentation and communication skills.

4. Comfortable working with hiring managers across the Vasai office and Palghar factory.

5. Relevant HR qualification is welcome; demonstrated recruitment results are essential
