role and responsibilities:
planning and implementing learning & development programs.
preparing and implementing hr processes & policies.
oversee employee performance, handle appraisal process and performance linked incentives.
process salary slips and leave policy, etc
handling hiring process from floating jd, shortlisting, arranging interview, giving offer and onboarding of new team members
handling formalities during retrenchment, termination or resignation from employees
ensure employees personal files are maintained and update regularly.
identify where employees can improve with the help of department heads and create training strategies

role type: full-time | work from office
work hours: monday to friday, 9:30 am – 6:30 pm and alternate saturday
compensation: competitive; aligned with industry standards
designation: will be aligned to your experience level
experience: 4 to 8 years of work experience in hr.

qualification: diploma or degree with specialisation in hr
location: should be residing in mumbai and stay close to andheri
salary: upto 12 lpa and depend on the last drawn we will give a 15-20% hike
