· Building up database of candidates
· Screening and Sourcing the resumes through Job portals, references, databases as per process rRequirement
· Inform applicants of job duties and responsibilities, compensation and benefits, etc.
· Coordinating & scheduling of interviews of the shortlisted candidates
· Following up on the interview process status
· Resolving queries from potential candidates in regards to subjected requirement.
· Maintaining Employee salary sheet.
· Preparing all staff & Site employee Attendance Sheet
· Planning & advising to employee for better Company Growth
· Maintaining excel sheet with the candidate’s details
