responsibilities :
1) designing and updating job descriptions
2) sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (. social media and professional platforms)
3) screen incoming resumes and application forms
4) interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
5) executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets
6) handling end to end recruitment process
7) good sourcing knowledge(recruitment and it sales)
8) act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
9)provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
10) send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
