very urgent opening for hr recruiter (non-it only)

skills required:

- excellent communication skills in english language (verbal and written) is a must.

- experience in computers (ms word, excel, outlook) is a must.

- ability to search resumes, screen the prospective candidates, negotiate rates etc.

- sourcing portal knowledge is must.

-serve as an ambassador of our firm when reaching out to candidates; cold calling candidates for positions and acting professionally in representing the firm.

-identify and the best mix of resources to source top talent using our research function, job boards, web searches, referrals and industry-specific sources.

-develop position-specific screening questionnaires.

-recruit, assess, and hire top talent and present top talent to clients.

-negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates.

-provide excellent client management service
