HR Recruiter

Designation: HR RECRUITER.

Experience: 1 to 4 Yrs. in B2B Lead Generation Domain

Candidate Type: Females Only.

No. of positions: 2 NOS

Salary Range: 18,000/- to /- (totally depending upon the experience &

last salary in hand)

Shifts – 1pm to 10pm

Required Skills: -

• Open to learn & positive, dedicated to work attitude

• Basic or strong knowledge of PMS & Talent Acquisition

• Proficiency in MS Office -Excel, PPT & Outlook

• Proficiency in speaking and writing English

• End to end recruitment and interview processes

• Documentation & Onboarding process

• Leave Management

• Responsible for complete co-ordination of PMS including goal settling &

KRA'S

• Maintain HR team's calendar (schedule meetings, interviews, HR events

etc)

• Create and Submit reports to senior management

• Liaise with other departments or functions

• Coordinate training sessions and seminars

• Support other functions as assigned
