We NavaShakthi Chits looking for skilled, ambitious, result oriented with excellent communication skills to join with Team of HR Recruiters at Bangalore and should have the experience in sourcing , interviewing candidates from Job boards (Naukri, Shine, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. ) also

• Candidate should have the experience of sourcing candidates for Non –IT Recruitment Industry

• Sourcing candidates from various Job portals based on the company requirements.

• Should be capable to screen the relevant resumes based on our requirement & shortlisting the candidates & to lined up 7-10 interviews after telephonic round for face to face every day.

• Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.

• Assess knowledge, Communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.

• Arranging interviews for selected candidates & lining up 7-10 candidates for interview daily based.

• Strong work ethic and sense of commitment.

• Excellent communication skills required - oral and written.

• Self-driven to achieve assigned targets.

• Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.

• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building are the traits for the right candidate.

• End-to-end recruitment & Computer skills (MS WORD, MS EXCEL)
