we navashakthi chits looking for skilled, ambitious, result oriented with excellent communication skills to join with team of hr recruiters at bangalore and should have the experience in sourcing , interviewing candidates from job boards (naukri, shine, monster, linkedin recruiter, etc. ) also

• candidate should have the experience of sourcing candidates for non –it recruitment industry

• sourcing candidates from various job portals based on the company requirements.

• should be capable to screen the relevant resumes based on our requirement & shortlisting the candidates & to lined up 7-10 interviews after telephonic round for face to face every day.

• screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.

• assess knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.

• arranging interviews for selected candidates & lining up 7-10 candidates for interview daily based.

• strong work ethic and sense of commitment.

• excellent communication skills required - oral and written.

• self-driven to achieve assigned targets.

• excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.

• positive attitude and interpersonal skills along with excellent rapport building are the traits for the right candidate.

• end-to-end recruitment & computer skills (ms word, ms excel)
