Responsibilities
Handling end to end recruitment cycle for all level positions & as per business demands.
Judge the candidate's suitability, Attitude, Academic & Professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc. before forwarding to the Business.
Should have exposer in head hunting, networking with candidates
Liaison & Co-ordinate between the Client and Candidates till the final placement.
Ability to negotiate salaries, whilst ensuring that all processes are followed in line with the agreed methodology.
Key Skills
Should be well versed with job portals and recruitment sites.
Should have able in Temp hiring (preferred for sales & marketing hiring)
Proficient in social media skills Facebook / LinkedIn etc.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
· Self-starter with a proven track record demonstrating strong desire and drive with minimal supervision
