Handling existing clients and their current job openings
Developing job descriptions and requirements based on the job openings and posting them on relevant platforms to attract candidates
Searching, scrutinizing. screening and selecting candidates from various sources like social media, inhouse database, external online and offline sources and forwarding them to the clients and following up with the clients for updates
Conducting interviews, accessing applicant viability for a position in terms of knowledge and experience, and matching them with current positions
Keeping abreast of latest job opening in different organisations
Designing and implementing new recruitment strategies
Finding new sources for searching unique candidates
Identifying new clients and getting in touch with them for their requirements
Promoting companys reputation as the best workplace
Handing paperwork for candidates
Adhering to timelines provided by the clients to fill in the position
Providing periodic reports to the team manager regarding the recruitment status of positions
Handling internship programs for freshers
