• evaluate and screen resumes by virtual interaction

• conduct phone, , zoom, and/or in-person interviews

• screen potential employees

• maintain interview and hiring records

• prepare hiring paperwork and information details

• handle the orientation of new employees

• administrating appropriate company assessments.

• issuing id cards, company sim cards, and joining formalities.

• assigning day to day work to the team

• collect the everyday performance details

• reviewing the performance of candidates.

• support and motivate the candidates to achieve monthly targets.

• pay-out salaries as per their performance.

• coordinating with hrs for work assessment, team building.
