work details & responsibilities

 end to end recruitment: sourcing, staffing, scoping and on boarding candidates.

 sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting and internal database

 effectively using personal network, built up database, digital platforms and referrals for reaching passive prospective candidates

 conducting preliminary interviews, telephonic interviews and short listing candidates

 arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

 continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely

 effectively built relationship with employees.

 must be enthusiastic and initiator

skills required:

good communications skill in english and hindi
