We are the Space consultant, Specialized in Recruitment from last 15 yrs. We are having clients from different areas like IT, hospitals, and other various areas.

Post:- HR talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter

Total exp:- 0 to 5yrs

CTC:- Upto 40k per month

Location:- Greater Noida/ Rohini

Qualification: Anybody can apply (MBA, BBA, B Pharma)

Notice period:- Immediate Joiner Prefer (30 days will be negotiable)

Job Requirements:-

1. Candidate should match the following parameters/Conditions

2. Candidate must be from Greater Noida./ Delhi

The candidate must be living within 10 Km of the Office.

3. Candidates having experience in recruitment with some recruitment consultants are preferred.

4. Must have own laptop and smartphone

Job Responsibilities:-

End-to-end recruitment: Sourcing, Staffing, scoping, and onboarding candidates.

Sourcing of candidates via internet postings, networking, headhunting, and internal Database

Effectively using the personal network, built-up a database, digital platforms, and referrals to reach passive prospective candidates

Conducting preliminary Interviews, telephonic Interviews, and shortlisting candidates

Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates

Continuous efforts to ensure the talent pool data is updated timely

Effectively built relationships with Employees.

Must be enthusiastic and initiator.
