we are one of the top medical/ science & technology recruitment consultant in india. we need wfh(all over india) and wfo recruiters for our offices greater noida(alpha1 ) , delhi(rohini sector 3) and bulandshahr (rto market).

number of vacancies - 5

fresher/ experience both in recruitment.

responsibilities - end-to-end recruitment process

job timing - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm monday to saturday.

salary - best in the industry depending upon skill and experience (upto 40k pm)

must have own laptop and smartphone.

job location: wfh(all over india) and wfo recruiters for our offices at greater noida(alpha1 ), delhi(rohini sector 3) and bulandshahr (rto market).

job description:

• handling end to end recruitment

• handling full life cycle recruitment activities include; posting positions, pre-screening & interviewing candidates over phone, interview arrangements & closing.

• working with recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniques

• discuss the core of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand about the offered job

• preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings, and conference calls.

• pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.

• understanding of client's requirements.

• follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.

• maintaining the candidates' database of various levels.

• regular interaction with the client.

essential conditions:

• fresher or candidates having experience in recruitment

• good knowledge of internet/ computer

• must have own laptop , smart phone and broadband internet with speed more then 20mbps.
