Ability to access candidates technical skills and experience through interviews and screening.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Managing end to end cycle of recruitment process .

Working on job portals.

Short listing and Screening of Resumes.

Scheduling and Coordinating interview with the candidates.

Regularly updating job description and requirements.

Oversee the hiring process and making necessary modifications.

Collabrating with HR and the management of the recruiting process.

Work following company policy and standards.

Salary Package : As per The Industry standards

Interview Process : group discussion and hr face to face
