*Handle end-to-end recruitment

*Ensure deliverables to client and ensure good turn around time

*Monitor candidate handling to ensure closures

*Develop good sourcing skills

Desired candidate:

*Should know how to use Windows and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)

*Excellent communication skills

*Degree/knowledge of HR field

* Responsible for Blue collar hiring

Should be proficient with Kannada Language.
