Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases

Conduct telephonic and in-person interviews

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Recruitment Operations:

Release offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities

Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

Client/Department Coordination:

Understand manpower requirements from various departments

Share relevant profiles and provide regular updates on recruitment status

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and clients

Reporting & MIS:

Prepare daily/weekly recruitment status reports

Track joining and attrition data

Employer Branding:

Support HR initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice

Assist in organizing job fairs or campus hiring drives

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (job portals, LinkedIn, networking)

Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate or Postgraduate in HR or a relevant field

1 year of experience in recruitment preferred
