About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. If you're passionate about recruitment, enjoy interacting with people, and can handle hiring tasks independently, wed love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling: Initiate calls to potential candidates using job portals, internal databases, and references.

Candidate Outreach: Call and follow up with interested candidates who apply or show interest via various platforms.

Bulk Hiring: Manage and close mass hiring requirements efficiently across different roles and departments.

Screening Candidates: Conduct telephonic interviews to assess candidates suitability based on job requirements.

Coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure timely feedback collection.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records, track hiring status, and follow up regularly.

Reporting: Share daily and weekly recruitment reports with team leads or management.

Follow-Ups: Maintain engagement with selected candidates until onboarding.

Sourcing: Use job portals (like Naukri, Indeed, etc.), social media, WhatsApp groups, and local networks for candidate sourcing.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment preferred (freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi and/or English

Comfortable with high-volume calling and multitasking

Basic computer and internet knowledge

Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets
