A Non-IT Recruiter manages the full hiring lifecycle for non-technical roles (Sales, Marketing, Finance, etc.), focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates by partnering with hiring managers, posting jobs, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience across various industries, requiring strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand team needs, and establish criteria for roles like Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations.
Sourcing & Attraction: Develop strategies to find candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and events; post compelling job descriptions.
Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and coordinate in-person/virtual interviews with hiring managers.
Candidate Management: Manage the entire process (end-to-end), maintain databases, track metrics (time-to-hire), and provide follow-ups.
Offer & Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and support the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience.
Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on trends in non-IT sectors and best recruitment practices.
