Capability to recruit in bulk numbers within a short span of time.

Prior experience in campus/off-campus recruitment, job fairs, job portals, and other recruitment activities.

Good recruitment knowledge in ITES industry. **Eligibility:**

Female candidates only.

MBA(HR) / Diploma in HR with or without experience / Graduates with up to 1 year experience in Recruitment.

Exposure to BPO/ITES Recruitments would be an added advantage.

Excellent Communication skills.

Any other regional language skill will be an added advantage.

Work Timings: 9:30 am
