Hiring Fresher / HR Recruiter / M.B.A/PGDM

As an HR Recruiter, your main responsibility will be to find and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure we have the right talent to meet our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline.

- Screening Resumes: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements, ensuring a focus on quality and relevance.

- Conducting Interviews: Organize and conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.

- Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, roles, and expectations, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

- Maintaining Recruitment Records: Keep detailed records of applicants, interviews, and feedback, ensuring compliance with all recruiting policies and procedures.

- Promoting Company Culture: Present the company’s values and culture effectively, helping candidates understand what makes our workplace special.

To succeed in this role, you should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to engage with candidates effectively. Attention to detail is crucial for reviewing applications and coordinating interviews. A basic understanding of recruitment processes is expected, as well as a proactive attitude toward solving challenges. Being comfortable working in a team and adapting to different situations will also be important for your success in this position.
