As an HR Recruiter, your primary responsibility is to source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company. You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Utilizing a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, you'll actively seek out qualified candidates. Your role involves conducting initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Throughout the recruitment process, you'll maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. Building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates is essential, providing a professional and engaging experience. You'll play a crucial role in facilitating interview scheduling and providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success as an HR Recruiter.
