Hiring Fresher / HR Recruiter / 10th Pass

1. Make outbound calls to candidates for delivery rider recruitment.

2. Source candidates through job portals, references, WhatsApp and other channels.

3. Explain job roles, salary structure, incentives, working hours and delivery locations.

4. Coordinate rider interviews, document collection and onboarding.

5. Follow up with interested candidates until successful joining.

6. Maintain daily recruitment MIS, calling records and joining reports.

7. Coordinate with Operations and Hub Managers for rider requirements.

8. Ensure daily and monthly rider hiring targets are achieved.

9. Conduct follow-up calls for candidate login, joining and attendance.

10. Maintain a database of active, interested and rejected candidates.
