Hiring for HR Recruiter (Non-IT).

Job Location: - Bangalore (Lalbagh Fort Rd).

Experience: - 2+ Year.

Notice Period: Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred.

Job Description: -

Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in recruiting Sales, Procurement, Operations and other profiles for Automobiles spares industry.

Candidates working with leading recruitment firms handling similar profiles will also be considered.

Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.

Screening of the candidates based on the JD and requirement of the job.

Organising, Coordinating and Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.

Develop and update job descriptions and job specification.

Maintain Recruitment tracker position and location wise.

Own and meet the recruitment targets within the TAT agreed.

Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers etc Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes

Handhold the selected candidates till the time of joining.

Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.

Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Promote companys reputation as best place to work.
