1. Candidate 4-5 yrs experience in the role with very good knowledge of Fit-out/Construction Industry

2. Experienced in using search engines and drafting job descriptions

3. Strong communication skills and confident attitude.

4. Proactive in reaching out to candidates

5. Work experience in multinational organization.

Requirements

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter in construction industry.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.

Experience with sourcing techniques.

Solid verbal and written communication skills.

Sound judgement.

MBA in Human Resources Management.
