manage employee attendance through HRMS & managing employee leave balance.

look after proceeding of payroll changes (new employee/terminations/salary increment/bonus payouts)

Collaborating with accounting team for salary proceeding & ERP salary posting.

Processing PF & ESIC for all eligible employees.

Processing PF for outgoing employees & transferring PF account to their future company.

Monitoring attendance @ all work sites.
