As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end project delivery which includes –

1) Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees.

2) Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.

3) Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

4) Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.

5) Onboarding, Inductions,attendance management, leave management, documentation
