• Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.
• Administering Attendance & Payroll
• Supervising the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
• Filling PF & ESIC on site, response to employee complaint related to PF & ESIC
• Ensuring that on boarding and exit formalities are done as per company process.
• Maintaining and recording social and technical audits.
•Making monthly invoice of clients
Below are the specifications:
• Graduation or above
• Computer literate particularly with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Power Point.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
• Able to work under pressure and efficiently.
• Ability to communicate effectively & professionally
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Positive & pro-active attitude towards work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
