• Handling End to end recruitment, Major roles and responsibilities are Requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, coordination with Technical Panel &Project Managers, candidate engagement, offer management, offer negotiation etc.
• Sourcing profiles in job portals (Naukri, Monster, Database, social networking) and validating the profiles based on candidate’s technical exp, project exp, years of exp and CTC.
• Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates, preparing daily weekly and monthly reports and maintains Tracker.
• Coordinating in Recruitment Drives, Generating the Reports post drives.
• Review and Documentation of Offers for candidates who are selected in various client locations.
• Coordinating with Recruiters and Account Leads for smooth transaction and processing of offers.
