• handling end to end recruitment, major roles and responsibilities are requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, coordination with technical panel &project managers, candidate engagement, offer management, offer negotiation etc.
• sourcing profiles in job portals (naukri, monster, database, social networking) and validating the profiles based on candidate’s technical exp, project exp, years of exp and ctc.
• maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates, preparing daily weekly and monthly reports and maintains tracker.
• coordinating in recruitment drives, generating the reports post drives.
• review and documentation of offers for candidates who are selected in various client locations.
• coordinating with recruiters and account leads for smooth transaction and processing of offers.
