Job Description :

· Handling Admin Activities

· Vendor handling & Logistics management

· Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.

· Providing orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policies.

· Respond to the employees questions about benefits.

· Process employees request and provide relevant information.

· Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules.

· Coordinate HR project, meetings and training seminar.
