The HR Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by overseeing daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and assisting with HR functions. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations:

Assist in resolving employee relations issues by providing guidance and support.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with company policies.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Participate in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.

Training and Development:

Identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

Support the development of employee training plans.

Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.

Performance Management:

Assist in the performance appraisal process.

Work with managers to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of performance reviews.

Benefits Administration:

Support the administration of employee benefits programs.

Provide information to employees regarding benefits and assist with inquiries.

Collaborate with benefits providers to resolve issues.

HR Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Handle HR-related paperwork and documentation.

Generate reports and analyze HR metrics as needed.

Compliance and Legal:

Stay informed about labor laws and ensure compliance.

Assist in investigations and resolution of HR-related legal matters.

Collaborate with legal counsel as needed.

Communication:

Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to employees.

Act as a liaison between employees and management.

Contribute to the development of internal communication strategies
