to prepare organization chart showing reporting structure of all the employees, designation, grade and place of work.
maintaining personnel file records of the employees
monitor hr metrics
organize learning and development programs
ensure hr staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
maintain hr procedures that comply with labor regulations
handling statutory compliances
work well under pressure and tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality are significant requirement for this position.
requirements
experience in handling various job portals
hands-on experience with human resources management software
