Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection
Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
Prepare and publish job advertisements.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Issue offer letters and complete onboarding formalities.
2. Employee Onboarding
Conduct induction and orientation programs.
Complete employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and personnel files.
Coordinate joining formalities.
3. HR Operations
Maintain attendance and leave records.
Manage employee database and HRMS.
Update HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee confirmations, promotions, and transfers.
4. Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).
Maintain compliance with labor laws.
Coordinate audits and statutory filings.
5. Performance Management
Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee KPIs and goals.
Conduct performance review meetings.
Recommend promotions and salary revisions.
6. Training & Development
Identify training needs.
Organize employee training programs.
Develop leadership and skill development initiatives.
Evaluate training effectiveness.
7. Employee Relations
Address employee grievances.
Resolve workplace conflicts.
Maintain healthy employer-employee relationships.
Conduct employee engagement activities.
8. Policy & Compliance
Develop HR policies and employee handbook.
Ensure compliance with company policies.
Handle disciplinary actions professionally.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
9. Reporting
Prepare monthly HR reports.
Track hiring metrics.
Analyze employee turnover and retention.
Present HR dashboards to management.
