Location: Assam and Sikkim (Work from Home)

Duration: 3 months

Mode of Compensation: Monthly stipend based on performance

Responsibilities:

- Reviewing and screening resumes/CVs

- Conducting interviews with potential candidates

- Assisting in the recruitment process

- Following up with candidates and scheduling interviews

- Assisting in onboarding procedures

- Assisting in HR administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing studies or a recent graduate

- Open to freshers and experienced individuals

- Basic knowledge of websites and mobile applications

- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
