We are seeking a motivated candidate for the position of HR Intern to join our Human Resources team!!

Selected Intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

* Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

* Support the on-boarding process for new hires ensuring smooth hiring into the organization.

* Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, both in physical and digital formats.

* Intern may also be required to write Social Media Posts for the organization.

Requirements:

* Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.

* A relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

* Knowledge of HR principles and practices.

* Availability for the duration of 6 Months.
