we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented hr executive to join our team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various hr functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and hr compliance. this role requires excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for people management.
key responsibilities:
manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
maintain and update employee records in hr systems and files.
assist in developing and implementing hr policies and procedures.
handle employee queries and provide support regarding hr policies and benefits.
coordinate training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
ensure statutory compliance (pf, esi, gratuity, etc.) and maintain hr documentation.
support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (attendance, leaves, etc.).
contribute to a positive work culture and help build strong employee relations.
assist management in creating hr reports, data analysis, and workforce planning.
requirements:
bachelors degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
13 years of experience in hr or similar role.
strong understanding of hr functions, labor laws, and compliance.
excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
proficiency in ms office and hrms software.
ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
