* Handle admission, documentation, and lead follow-ups

* Handle and screen candidates via job portal

* Conduct short telephonic interviews

* Coordinate with broking partners for placements

* Use CRM tools to track candidate progress

* Share brochures & manage daily outreach via WhatsApp
