HR Generalist

As a part of agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end targets which includes –

1) Educate, train, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees.

2) Directing and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes.

3) Coordinate and direct work activities for managers and employees.

4) Oversee daily operations of the HR department.

5) Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.

6) Complete Exit formalities

7) Employee Grievances
