Job Description

-experience- 4-5 years

-maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.

-provide support to employees in various hr-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

-payroll management

-assist in hiring, including developing job descriptions and job advertisements, and screening and interviewing candidates.

-communicate effectively verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and management

-developing fair hr policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them

-manage employees’ grievances

-proactively support all aspects of both the organizations operational and strategic plans

-skills: communication skills, leadership, negotiation and critical thinking
