-Experience- 4-5 years

-Maintain knowledge of and ensure compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.

-Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.

-Payroll management

-Assist in hiring, including developing job descriptions and job advertisements, and screening and interviewing candidates.

-Communicate effectively verbally and in writing to all levels of staff and management

-Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them

-Manage employees grievances

-Proactively support all aspects of both the organizations operational and strategic plans

-Skills: Communication skills, leadership, Negotiation and critical thinking
